Found my dad in bed in underpants and no socks - took me 3 minutes to do for my dad's dignity. Dad not shaven for at least a week, awful. No pillows or sheets - left on the floor. Two dirty empty cups left in room. Very good room temperature, windows ajar for fresh air, toilet clean, floor slight dirty. This used to be an excellent care home, so morose.
