Just a short message to say a very sincere thank you to all the staff who helped my daughter and myself this afternoon when we visited one of your residents. My daughter fainted while we were there and Lancaster Court staff were so prompt and helpful ringing 999 and getting her to the right place. Everyone who attended her this afternoon was so attentive and caring! I’m glad to say there is nothing serious wrong and we are both back home once again.
