A few good support workers carry this service and they are a credit to the job. Others are apathetic, rude, messy and quick to escape. I find myself doing half the job or cleaning up after them. Office never seem to give their workers the correct resources just send them out blind. Leads to neglect of the sick and elderly for those who aren't lucky enough to have caring family.
