My elderly mother was sent home from this establishment following a fracture to her leg. She’s just been seen at the fracture clinic in the BRI where the physio said they could not believe she’d been sent home by Little Heath without a physio package in place. At the time of her being sent home I expressed my concerns to the manager and was reassured otherwise. Do not trust.
