   Every week there is an issue with appointments being kept. My mother is at the end of her life span and is stressed by carers not turning up. The coordination team feel it is acceptable to allocate an 87 year old a 7am morning and bedtime 9pm. Not many 87 year olds can keep awake for this duration. Please avoid.
