I was impressed from the start of the service with the management team who had created a welcoming and informative experience where they offered advice and support throughout the initial consultation stage. Consultation was constructive and management listened and worked with us to guarantee our support requirements and preference were met and a great support schedule was created for my husband. The carers were professional, and kind and we never worried about the quality of support they offered as they always did a great job, were punctual to visits and h communicated well when needed. The entire service really went above and beyond, and we could thank them enough.
