The carers were kind and attentive to the needs of my father (who was the recipient) but were also aware of my elderly mother. They were patient with Dad's deafness. If a carer was unavoidably delayed, we were always informed.

Memory Jane is outstanding. My Dad is currently under there care. From the word go they have looked after my Dad with the up most respect. They are so polite and professional but also loving and supportive in everything they do. Truly don't get the recognition they deserve. My Dad has got such a great relationship with all of the staff. So thankful for Memory Jane, excellent company.
