Noted when eye drops adminsterefd didnt tell relative what was going to happen,didnt remove glasses .On one occassion no gloves or hand washing was done before or after procedure Noted on most visits 2 or 3 beakers were full had to give relative drink which were drank in the time we were there . Dining tables not inviting to sit at no cutlery or table cloths Relative appeared to struggle when eating as chair was lower then the height of the table .Often in bed on most visits no background stimulation lights out. Admitted to hospital due to dehydration .Felt staff often lacked information on relative when asked how they were if asked if not seen relative for a day or two .No management in sight .No returned phone calls .
