I tried at least six times to set up my account and was unable to have the password saved. I used the recommended strong passwords, saved it but although it came up when I logged in it said the password was not correct. Absolutely useless and I expect any comments will be ignored as usual

somehow they signed my mum with dementia to this, and now we do not know how to get in. i have asked several rude woman and had no help in how to access the system. if you are going to call something care, then at least try to act it

The mycare system makes it very difficult to access your account. The sign-in offers use of an activation code, but does not say this relates to initial sign in and if you request an activation code it is not acceptable. Whoever designed this has made it as difficult as possible to access your information and you cannot reply to any messages
