I am too very shocked with the negative reviews. This does not reflect the home at all. My Mum has been living at Northbourne Court since the February 2023, in Hardy unit , I cannot fault the home . Their service is so professional, calm atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed seeing my mum eat a very delicious meal prepared by their new chef, who by the way is amazing. 5 stars to team. Shame on haters.
