My mum has been in this care home since June 2022 and I can only praise all of the staff that work there. They really do care, my mum needed to adapt to being in a home and they worked with Mum and myself to settle her in. It was a difficult time for us but with their help, care and support my mum is really happy. She has made friends and they have helped her get into a routine. What was a very stressful time became more manageable with all the support and help they have given, and still do. We feel extremely lucky that we found this home, they are always so happy and take time out to have the chats with you - it really is a feel good factor home and all of the staff are lovely. I will add they are always cleaning and tidying and the residents are very well looked after.
