So many times the media reports dreadful social care services but my father, who sadly passed on 28th April, was cared for by PCT Care for just over a year and his experience was excellent. The girls who attended him daily became an extension of his family, he really cared for each and every one of them. As Dads life became more difficult these lovely ladies truly showed how much they cared, tears were shed and great respect was show. Our family thank each and every carer who done their best to make Dads life as comfortable as possible. I would say to anyone fearful of the social care system, which often gets such negative publicity, to rest assured that PCT care staff truly care for their client and go over and beyond in the level of care they provide. Thank you to everyone involved in Dads care.
