Platinum care looked after my husband in the final three weeks of his life, and l cannot fault them in any way. I have referred to the carers as Angels, so kind and caring, and treating my husband with great dignity. They made sure his every need was met, and they made him laugh, which was wonderful. I looked forward to them coming, and they made me feel safe and secure when they stayed overnight so l could get some rest. I would recommend this agency to anyone who would like their relation to be looked after really well. Always polite, tidy and cleaned every thing up. They made a terrible time bearable. The agency can be very proud of their staff. I miss them.
