The staff and management at Prestwood are exceptional. The care they gave my father was second to none. He went there for rehabilitation and the team helped my father become mobile and independent after a long stay in hospital. He liked it so much that he requested to stay there permanently. The team were very attentive and made him very welcome from day one. It is a very professional establishment where the residents come first. The home itself is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, you wouldn’t know it was a care home as there are no unpleasant smells lingering in the air. The team also pay special attention to the dietary needs of all the residents and it was never any trouble if my father wanted something different or more or less. Overall it’s an amazing place and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestwood to anyone.
