My Mum has been a carehome resident at Prince Alfred since March 2021. During this time, the care she has received from all of the staff, has been exemplary! She recently had a fall and needed to be checked over in hospital. During this worrying time , the manager and her staff kept me updated on how she was , before her safe return to the home. I visited my Mum the next day and was met with the instant warmth and genuine concern shown towards her ,from everyone who looks after her . Without a shadow of a doubt, I truly feel so blessed that my Mum is in this safe , caring environment . Thank you to the Manager and her staff. You really are, the best there is .
