Mom (81) had been in and out of hospital for months, had lost an enormous amount of weight and we didn't hold out much hope for the future. Since the carers have been visiting twice a day, her health has improved significantly. The carers are reliable, patient and most importantly, friendly. They will sit down for a chat and mom looks forward to every visit. Having provided 24/7 care for her myself for several months, I now feel able to step back and get on with own life, knowing that she is well cared for.
