the place is very clean, and very spacious for service users. I found the staff preoccupied most of the time, so for example rather than helping service users, they were outside smoking or talking their personal lives in the sitting room. food is prepared by the house, either by the staff (no qualified chefs), or sometimes by the service users themselves. outings are once a month, if that, and service users are allowed to go to town either by themselves or with staff.
