My dad was referred on to the REaCH team. The handover was smooth, the first member we met took detailed notes of my dad's needs. All the members of the team that come to see us were fantastic. They were polite, considerate, caring and extremely professional. They did a great job for my dad and also his family. Thank you!

The carers looking after my wife were really amazing.professional in every way.careing and absolutely loving in everything they did for her.a truly wonderful team .I'd like to thank them all for their compassion and dignity they showed myself and now my late wife. Wonderful team and I thank you all .
