I cannot speak highly enough of Ready Care Kent. They recently provided excellent care for an elderly family friend who was living at home with terminal cancer. She sadly did not have any relatives but was adamant she wanted to stay in her own home. Ready Care made this wish possible for her - caring for her right up until her death. Initially they began with a few evenings and morning visits a week. The team was always caring, enthusiastic and punctual. Very quickly they built up a real relationship with my friend. Fairly soon the visits became daily and still the note keeping and communication were excellent. As my friend’s health declined it looked inevitable that she would have to move to residential care. But Ready Care stepped up again and provided a live-in care team. Right towards the end as everything became increasingly difficult often the team needed to double-up to provide the required care, but still they managed brilliantly to the very end. My friend has now left us, but I’m so pleased we were able to honour her wishes and she could die at home - but this was only possible due to the remarkable care Ready Care gave her. Thank you.
