Our dad has only been at Redholme for 5 days, after a really bad experience at a previous care home, we were so anxious, however the care and attention they give to the residents is outstanding. My dad has a great appetite and loves his food, the standard of the home cooked meals is so high and plenty of it. The laundry woman returns the clothes washed and ironed to perfection and all the residents present in clean clothes. The only negative I would give, is the home looks a bit rundown and is in need of a spruce up, but that's a small price pay for amazing care, peace of mind for us and a happy dad! Hope this review helps others to, not be put off by the CQC grading of " requires improvement " as i don't believe it's a true reflection. The care is outstanding!
