Robins Care have only advised us of a change in our carers hours the night before the changes were made. They have then failed to notify us of further changes later in the week resulting in my having to leave my wife alone for a short period which is something I would never normally do. It's impossible to contact the administrator by phone and emails remain unanswered. Their carers are wonderful but their admin is the worst I have ever dealt with.
