My son received a 'text' advising that his evening care was cancelled 60mins before the shift was meant to start. All care that week was also cancelled advising they had no carers available! Not only is this upsetting but very cruel as my son enjoyed working with the ladies but this agency is very unreliability and communication is very poor.
