I have worked closely with a few care providers in the past but Seren Health Care Solutions set the bar so high its incredible what support and help you receive. I've never know the owner of a care company give personal care or even chauffeur carers around if required. As for service to a su (Service user) even is documented from bowel movements, to catheter checks, meals, fluids even they own ppe is logged. Seren is very patient and empathic with the su and nothing us ever not enough for the su. Seren will also introduce themselves as ensuring the su is well respected as well maintain their dignity. If your loved one requires care or support then I would highly recommend seren as they will open they arms and welcome you in to be part of thier family. They staff overturns are very low in fact I don't think anyone has left Seren Health Care in the whole time I have been working with them!
