Did not attend my neighbor till 11am for there first morning call then attend again at 1-10 pm for second call then not until 6pm for 3rd call and the 4 call was at 7-10 pm this is unacceptable as there medication is not given at the correct times and to leave an 87yr old that long without a drink and change of incontinent pants is appalling this company should not be given the council contract to care for elderly and disabled house bound patients also some of the call times are anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes max

Shocking care or should I say no care for my elderly dad. Discharged from hospital with a free care package. My dad has dementia and was meant to have carers 4 times a day. The carers didn't turn up till gone 10am? How can you leave an elderly person in bed whilst wet? In the end we had to look after my dad between the family. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they are absolutely useless and don't care about the patient.
