Visit the home out of curiosity. The staff opened the door greeted me with a smile and asked me who I am and of there is anything they can helped. I responded that I came to look around. The Manager was there and gladly took over and assited me to look around. The home was very clean and tidy and can't smell of any urine or faeces. It was a lovely experience.
