Very smart and clean but a lack of care and compassion, residents are helped with washing and dressing and then left solely to there own devices and the carers have no patience with anyone wanting more attention, they can’t wait to sit down and chat among themselves ( untill the owner walks in) so I rate the carers as very poor and would not recommend it,
