Unfortunately I have to revise my original review of this company. At first they were brilliant and caring, the timings for the visits just right for my mum's condition (advance vascular dementia, end of life care) they kept the family and me informed about any changes etc (I arrange everything needed for mum as my dad is in his 80's and easily confused). But how it's changed, the times for so called Dom visits are now all over the place, rotas are changed without informing the family, new carers being sent without any thought given to how it will affect my mum's condition and confusion. Ignoring the family's wishes. I so wanted and had hoped that this care company was going to be the 'bees knees' but unfortunately it has taken on too many clients, leaving the existing ones on CHC funding to pay the price. Such a shame pounds over people...
