I really enjoyed my time at Wef Care and enjoyed the role. I am a Uni student so the shifts worked well for me around my Uni timetable and managed to get the hours I need and the extra money came in handy. I found the office team really supportive as they were always there to support me with some personal issues I had. Unfortunately there will always be a few negative people who like to tell there stories but I always found if you ask to speak to a office member they will quickly resolve any issues for you. The money is great in fact it was the highest paid company i have worked for. The rewards I received for my time at Wef Care were great and something I was never given with previous Care companies. I do miss the great staff there and all the clients i looked after in my time there. I only left the company as I qualified to be a student nurse but I can 100% recommend this company to anyone.
