Mom was transferred to Welland by Worcester Hospital for a temporary stay whilst a package of care was being organised. The staff at Welland were kind and supportive to Mom and to me. The Home is warm, welcoming and safe. Mom enjoyed her stay and she was very well cared for by the attentive and friendly staff. I can't thank them all enough. I would highly recommend this establishment.
