First of all thank you so much for the work that you do even more so now your under daily pressure to help others in need i have had a few medical issues over the weekend i was on hold for a while but i greatly appreciated the additonal care steps after my medical issue is now.under investigations from the hospital staff and im so greatful for the 111 service and the nhs
