The Reablement Team cared for my mum, 86, after a bad fall had left her hospitalised for 3 nights and struggling severely with pain and mobility (we felt the hospital released her far too early). The team were extremely reliable, compassionate and professional. They were flexible in meeting the needs of the family in our care of our mother. We couldn't have managed without them and can't thank them enough. Mum is making a gradual recovery and this is largely due to their great work.
