Review titled Security and nurses on the door so inappropriate

I find it so inappropriate to be having to listen to security guards swearing regarding and issue earlier on in the evening. I then find it disgusting to be having to listen to how it’s awful the nurses have to stand on the door and how the reception staff do nothing. Awful service

I’m 62 yrs of age and have never complained about waiting always supporting Our, the peoples, NHS but it’s truly unacceptable. I attended 6 hours but had to go home I was in too much discomfort. I had to attend again 2nd day waited another 6 hours. One woman said she’d waited 25 hours in July!! They need more doctors. Nurse I saw was abrupt refused to tell me yesterday’s blood results. Surely 111 & walk-in should mean improved waiting times. Very sad to see such deteriorating services. Why close hospitals & overwhelm the giant impersonal University hospitals. Car park prices awful oh & no food or drinks I’m sitting here in pain feeling nauseous from hunger. Could say more but they won’t print it 😢😢haven’t smoked in 10 years but it’s enough to start again
