Review titled !!!!!!
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Damian Jurczyszyn - Posted on 31 October 2024
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Radiology Department of Aldershot Centre for Health during my recent visit. I had an ultrasound appointment for Doppler lower limb veins scheduled for 1pm on 31/10/2024. Despite arriving way before 1 o’clock and waiting by the reception as instructed by a note on the desk, I was not attended to for over an hour. When the receptionist returned from lunch at 1:30pm, she then called sonographer person just to be told that she is unable to see me for no reason given. the appointment had been moved to Frimley Park Hospital on my request as I wouldn’t want to attend the appointment at Aldershot centre for health again This lack of communication and organisation is unacceptable. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the service for future patients. Sincerely, Damian Jurczyszyn

Review titled Walk in clinic for children
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Natasha Thorpe - Posted on 11 April 2024
Awful experience made to feel like i was just worrying about my child being ill after 4 days having a temperature of 40c said his ears were so sore and his tonsils were sore as he is prone to ear infections they refused antibiotics as he had no discharge. After attending another dr who then gave us antibiotics as i had enough of my child being in pain, not eating or sleeping. Later that day we attended Frimley park after day 5 due to a high temperature and not drinking and in pain with his throat he looked dehydrated luckily he was ok and was given throat spray. Bad experience and was made to feel like im being silly when i know my son! Oh yes after the second visit they said to visit on Friday and they will do a wee sample!! When clearly it's his ears and throat i feel if he was given antibiotics it wouldn't of got this bad. Just because there isn't discharge in his ear it's still very dangerous with a silent ear infection... makes no sense as he has had 4 ear infections in the past and has been given medication for it!! Absolutely awful especially for a poor child who is only 1 years old to be left to suffer in pain!!! You should be ashamed Dr was unprofessional making me feel like im being silly and not listened to and patronising saying "he's fine"

Review titled worst practice can't get appointment for two weeks
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 09 February 2024
It's been two weeks of trying to get the appointment and still can't get the appointment. And can't get the available later date to book appointment either. What the point of this so called wellington practice if I can't get any other apart from the same day appointment. People has work/school other things in life other than call 8am in the morning and get appointment for the same day only. This service has no use and worthless of our tax money. I have no words to describe how disappointing and dissatisfied of this practice.

Review titled Not good practice
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Second time I complain about this clinic and the gynecologist that work there. They do not explain things properly to people. I always end up checking things online or with a gynecologist back in Italy cause after every appointment I get anxious! Can someone call me to discuss this over the phone?

Review titled Poor signage
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Chris Gill - Posted on 05 July 2023
Signage very poor. Had to ask where clinic was twice, had to go through a doorway then found the clinic. There are no way out signs or easily visible. A male patient had to ask how to get out of the building. I have heard many people say this. The manager needs to review the whole building with a view to first time visiting patients
