Alexander House has been looking after my parents for a few years now . Events reached a crisis point this year and my mum was taken to a dementia care home under difficult circumstances. During this time and subsequently Alexander House provided exemplary care and support .As a family member I appreciated having access and continuity of care with the health practitioners ,particularly as I understand the work load pressures that exist in healthcare. We were always made to feel important and we appreciate the guidance we received. Keep up the great work!
