I was seen urgently as i was suffering from distress and pain. I waited to see a paramedic nurse who gave me treatment which was very thorough and helpful. The doctor also consulted me to check my condition. They are very kind staff here and maybe ensuring that when the staff is overloaded they may not be able to provide their best service understanding that this can be frustrating for many people but its also frustrating for the clinic staff too.

I am appalled with the poor level of service I and my family have received from this clinic. Patients are left waiting on the telephone for hours and then the call in not answered. It is impossible to get through to anyone as there seems to be no one able to answer the telephones. When you eventually get to the clinic and see a medical professional there is no report follows to GP or patient. To enquire why this is also impossible as the telephones are not answered.
