How is a person supposed to talk to anyone at this establishment? The website gives a telephone number that only deals with covid and this site only gives the address as contact details. Unable to find out why I wasn't informed of an appointment made for my 96yr old father. My doctors surgery told me of the appointment after I had enquired why we still hadn't heard about a referral we had been given. A complete farce!

I had appointment with midwife as I am 8 months pregnant. The midwife was extremely rude and impatient. She did not answer any of my questions I wanted to know and even if she did it was extremely rude.

I have tried to call on several occasions, to cancel the appointment for tomorrow. All I get is the answering machine talking about covid. Then after listening to the message you press 0 for reception. the phone keeps ringing then you get cut off. There is no email address. How am I supposed to cancel my appointment. Then you advertise that so many people did not attend their appointments. What do i do.

I had an appointment for podiatry on 16 March 2023 and was told that I would need to phone and book an appointment for mid June as appointments only become available two weeks in advance. I called on 6 June 2023 and was told that the podiatrist had not yet updated my notes and in any case there were no appointments available for this week and to call again on Friday. On Friday 9 June I called as directed to be told that on 6 June the podiatrist had closed my file, for reasons undisclosed and they would arrange for her to call me and reinstate my case and to make an appointment. Nobody called back. Today 14 June I have tried to call three times. Each time I just get put on hold for up to 30/40 minutes until the line goes dead. I cannot believe it is this difficult to try and book a podiatry appointment.
