  1. Review titled Used to be better

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Was a friendly nice surgery. Sadly they have tried to force everything online and now it is almost impossible to book anything. All I get offered is smear tests. All very good if I was female! After 5 failed attempts to book a blood test, I'm having to go up and try to do it later. Website doesn't work on my samsung and all the phone options are for anything except bloods.

  2. Review titled Appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have called regarding my mental health to get an appointment as I struggle with ptsd. I could not get one the same day considering i had bad thoughts. My appointment was made for today for telephone appointment. And now that has been cancelled which I have been waiting for over a week. this is bad on the practise because of of my rights. If someone rings up with a mental health issue they must get you in straight away from emergency on call doctor or nurse. Because do this not being the case I have struggled even more and have ended up ion hospital Because of trying to take my own life. This could have been avoided for a simple 5-10 mins call to get medication which I needed.
