   I can never get through on the phone,and when I have it's always, you are 10th in the queue and then hung up on. Sent for x-ray after complaining about constant pain in my ribs. Phone call from surgery informed me I will have a phone call from the surgery to discuss the x-ray results,in a month's time, hey? Doctor said to call the surgery if pain continues. Been trying, believe me.
