It is a problem with the website that I have experienced. When you type in Google or Chrome 'Arnold Health Centre', it says that it is permanently closed and that in fact is not the case. It is very much open and there is an excellent Phlebotomy service alive and well running there. Why then does it not say this on the website?! It would help both staff and patients alike if this informatiin was updated to save confusion and very valuable patient/staffs' time in having to repeat themselves several times each day (which must be exhausting) explaining that Arnold Health Centre is not closed, but houses the excellent Phlebotomy Clinic. Also a note should be added to Highcroft Surgeries website/telephone lines explaining that the excellent Phlebotomy service is located at Arnold Heath Centre. Thank you and just to say staff at all these sites work extremely hard to do their best under extremely difficult circumstandes day in day out. Bless 'em! xxx
