1. Review titled problems

   i phoned today 18/04/24 to confirm that they had received a letter from the Heart Lung New cross on behalf of my wife Sandra and asked them to send a prescription to the chemist with my wife`s new medication so that she would have all her medications every 2 months, but no that was too much trouble they have to have a call back with my wife but not until the 24/04/24. Why does it take nearly a week to sort out my wife`s prescription. All this from a receptionist with no medical training. I give up.
