This guys who running their practise they are very Rude. Me i was with my wife cause she was going through chest pain but this receptionist asked me to stay out untill my wife comes out. Why as a family i cant go with her to see GP.

When arriving at the urgent gp clinic we were advised there was an hour wait and 3 doctors working. Throughout our stay it seemed to be only one doctor calling patients through to be seen (2.5h) . When I asked the receptionist regarding why this was occurring she was rude and abrupt and stated that the Dr's will call people when they are ready. The waitonf room Was freezing cold and there were not enough seats for all the patients . The communication was poor.
