I have always been reluctant to have an assessment for my hearing but I gave in to pressure from my family who were getting cross that I couldn’t hear them and I made an appointment at Abingdon. The audiologist immediately put me at ease and I had a very comfortable and reassuring assessment with her. I came away with NHS hearing aids and she helped me set up Bluetooth to help with control. The hearing aids are very comfortable and I now don’t have to ask the family to repeat themselves. I should have made this move some time ago! I have been for my check up this morning and the audiologist was happy to go through my questions . I have no hesitation in recommending this service
