   Painfully sad how private vs nhs patients are treated by this practice. Not the first time my treatment has been the bare minimum as a NHS patient. Being told “our services cannot help you, keep doing what you’re doing” is by far, disappointing and frustrating. Using a vibrating machine is not really what I was expecting. The clinician didn’t even touch my back the first time. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Not listening to what the patient was actually telling them.
