   I went into the clinic to use the toilet in the reception/waiting room area. Upon leaving the receptionist my point of telling me I must ask her to use the toilet. It's a public service building which I contribute to through my national insurance payments. After a conversation with the receptionist explaining I do not have to ask her to use the toilet it's for the public. Unfortunately the reception still persisted to argue with me.
