I work in a GP practice so work from 8am So cannot ring at 8am , rang to book in advance and was told I could not ? So because I work I cannot get to see my GP so I will have to use walk-in centre we’re is the duty of care of my GP with my ongoing problem. Think someone needs to look at your appointment system ! Was not even offered an alternative service!

A grateful thanks to the male receptionist on duty 8am 9/3/2023 for his excellent ,helpful, friendly service in arranging an urgent medical appointment that same day. Also much obliged to the doctor who saw me at 1.45. Thank you all again! Terry Ford
