   Called to make an appointment to see a GP because of an issue I have that may well be something extremely serious. NHS Direct advise seeing my GP as a matter of urgency. Told that they were fully booked up for the next six weeks and they couldn't offer me an appointment. How many GPs do they have.. Five? Six? And they cannot offer me any kind of appointment at all. Oh but apparently if I phone at 8am I may be able to get a cancellation. But I'm working at 8am... Who do they ever actually see? Haven't been able to actually see my GP since 2019. Pointless...
