   The HCA who attended to me was professional, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable. She put me at ease straight away. Will definitely go to see her again Thank you E x S

   I went in for my appointment, I arrived 15 mins early I waited 45 mins, there were 2 people in front of me when the last person left I was kept waiting for over 15 mins even though no one else was in, I had to leave in the end because my husband had to go to work so never got to see the doctor, not at all happy
