I waited 2 months for my dermatology appointment. Whilst waiting my problems got better but I was expecting the dermatologist to look deeper into the problem and suggest methods to prevent the skin issue from reoccurring. However, my appointment was 3 minutes long, she could not speak english well, and she did not seem to care about the issue or take a detailed history. She did not look into the factors that led to this issue at all. I was expecting some kind of help, and was given the same thing my GP could have gave me. Waste of a 60 minute drive.

The standard of cleaning is shocking, not only are the toilets always filthy and that includes ground floor by the reception but also 1st floor opposite lifts where they smell of urine and nobody it seems are cleaning them through the day but also in some of the medical rooms in particular on st John's where you can visibly see thick dust corroding on the tables which have clearly not been cleaned and I had 3 visits to st John's in the last 2 weeks 2 in the same room and 1 in another and the same filth was still on show including bits behind the bin amd the other room was just as bad and when the nurse left the room for a coiple of minutes I actually checked the high levels and thr thickness of dust was overwhelming not to mention what was going on with the nurses table utterly awful
