   I have recieved a letter from Bics- Community today cancelling a hospital appointment in March. I have no idea where or with who this appointment is. I don't have any knowledge of an appointment. There is only a postal address as a contact. I don't live locally to this address. Who do I contact? How do I contact them? Apparently no further appointment will be made? This has left me confused and worried and also very worried. I have appointments regularly at two different clinics so which one isn't seeing me? Cannot recommend this method of communication. A waste of paper, time and postage.
