   I am disappointed, this clinic straight away declined doing anything for my child due to age. Unfortunately it falls down to statistics and "factual" evidence that they think, one size fits all. My child has displayed ADHD signs for well over a year, I removed him from a school for his disruptiveness. I gave plenty of evidence from home and still declined help. Sadly he will be another "problem" child because the system says he should be older. As a parent it's hard asking for help, Im not privileged, I don't have over £1600 laying around to get help privately. This was my last resort to prevent an adult mental breakdown. I don't need a course on how to parent, I needed help to advise me how best to deal with my son's impulsivity as well as help for him directly on how to deal with his way of thinking. The rules need to change on age
